Hopefully you've taken a minute to look through some of my work and for that I thank you. Although I get tremendous satisfaction from making these photographs and videos, the work of any journalist is only valuable when it is shared.

Growing up in Minneapolis, I set out to combine my propensity to travel with my interest in photography and found photojournalism. Meeting ambitious, like-minded photographers and journalists at the University of Missouri inspired me to follow my instincts, ask questions and use my camera as a tool to tell the stories I encounter.

I am grateful for the experiences I've had The Maneater, the South Bend Tribune and the St. Louis Post-Dispatch. I believe my unending curiosity is my greatest asset and I intend to keep it with me wherever I go.

I am currently back in Minneapolis where I am working as a freelance photographer, videographer and webdesigner. I am ready for and eagerly awaiting the time when I can get back in a newsroom.
